Shipping & Returns


  • USPS shipping only Free shipping available for USPS Ground only
  • Free Shipping for ONLINE orders of $100.00 or more and within contiguous United States.  Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico does not apply. 
  • Telephone orders, mail-in orders, and in-store purchase do not qualify.
  • Packaging, taxes, and other non-merchandise related purchases do not count toward the qualifying amount.
  • Your credit card will be charged on the order date completion
  • No adjustment on previous purchases.

Billing and Shipping Information        

Incorrect billing information may cause shipping delays and additional shipping and handling charges, as information must be verified.  Any products ordered can only be shipped to the account billing address.

 How can I cancel my order?

After placing your order, if you need to cancel your order, please call our office at (623-302-9410) within 1 hour after placing your order, and before 5 pm MST.  If you have placed your order during off hours, please call us as soon as we open.

 Sorry, once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order or issue product refunds, until the product is returned.

Shipping Delays 

 Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. If a guaranteed delivery is delayed due to weather or other natural disasters, there will be no guarantee. Since no one has control over natural causes, shipping charge will not be reimbursed. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.  

Shipping Refunds 

Order due to carrier delays, will be issued as in-store credit only.  If you want to claim shipping credit, then please call us after you have received your package.  The Postal Services require the package be delivered first, before they can issue a credit. 

Shipping Cancellations, Refusals 

For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total.  Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. 

International Shipping Policy 

We do not currently do International Shipping.

30 Day Warranty, DOA and Wrong Item claims:

If you are dissatisfied with your product, for any reason; please contact our Customer Service Team by email.  If the issue cannot be resolved, we will give you instructions on how to return the item for replacement.

 Include all information relevant to;

  • your Order Number (found on your receipt)
  • your dissatisfaction with the product
  • full Name of product
  • Cost of product (without shipping fee)
  • Contact Name and Phone Number

Replacements are ONLY shipped when we receive the original item purchased.

Please Note:

We must receive your product before or no longer than, 5 days after 30 Day Warranty Period expiration.

‘DOA (Dead On Arrival)’ Return Policy:

If the item is ‘Dead On Arrival’, ex: not in working condition; you must notify our Customer Service Team, via email, within 72 hrs. of receipt of the item.

‘Wrong Item’ Return Policy:

If the item is the ‘Wrong Item’, ex: not what you ordered; you must notify our Customer Service Team, via email, within 72 hrs. of receipt of the item.

We will only replace defective items with working items of the same model.
