If you are dissatisfied with your product, for any reason; please contact our Customer Service Team by email. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will give you instructions on how to return the item for replacement.
Include all information relevant to;
- your Order Number (found on your receipt)
- our dissatisfaction with the product
- full Name of product
- cost of product (without shipping fee)
- contact Name and Phone Number
*Replacements are ONLY shipped when we receive the original item purchased.
We must receive your product before or no longer than, 5 days after 30 Day Warranty Period expiration.
If the item is ‘Dead On Arrival’, ex: not in working condition; you must notify our Customer Service Team, via email, within 72 hrs. of receipt of the item.
If the item is the ‘Wrong Item’, ex: not what you ordered; you must notify our Customer Service Team, via email, within 72 hrs. of receipt of the item.
We will only replace defective items with working items of the same model.
